Dollarama is coming to Upper Stoney Creek.
The dollar store will be located in the second phase of Heritage Highlands, says Gerald Asa of property management company Effort Trust.
Heritage Highlands is located on the south side of Stone Church Road, east of the Upper Red Hill Valley Parkway. Sobeys anchors Phase 1 of the development.
The Dollarama will be located in a 33,000-square-foot building alongside a furniture store, which Asa said he cannot identify yet.
There will also be an eye care business and a drive-thru restaurant. Those names cannot be disclosed yet, said Asa.
Foundation work is underway; the first business will open in the spring.
Further development of the site will be announced later, he said.
