More than 200 join Hamilton Mountain Coldest Night of the Year

Despite chilly temperatures and more than 10 centimetres of snow, more than 200 walkers raised about $60,000 during the 2015 Hamilton Mountain Coldest Night of the Year event.

The Feb. 21 event is the second annual walk for Hamilton Mountain, in support of Neighbour To Neighbour Centre.

This year, walkers trekked along Mountain Brow Boulevard for two, five and 10-kilometre walks, beginning and ending at St. Stephen on the Mount, where walkers enjoyed a hot cup of soup or chili.
