The lights are coming on across the Mountain. Here are the entries so far in the 2014 Mountain News Christmas Lights Tour (latest additions at the top).

To enter, email your name, contact phone number and street address, along with a description and photo of your creative genius to editor@hamiltonmountainnews.com. Be sure to also include the hours your display is lit up.

Also check out our map with all the brightly decorated homes so you can plan your route to visit them all.

And if you can, please donate a new item of winter clothing to the Warmth Project (drop-off sites also listed on the map).

888 Garth St. (Ward8) Lights on from 5-10:30pm. Also collecting for the Warmth Project.. 

 

290 East 31st St. (Ward 6) - Eclectic Christmas: animated and musical. Lights on from 5-9pm daily until Jan. 3. Also collecting donations for food banks and the Warmth Project.

64 Magnolia Dr. (Ward8) features full light and music show (tune your radio to 91.5 FM). Lights are on 5-11:30 Sunday to Thursday and 5-12:30 Friday and Saturday. Shows run 6:30-10:30 Monday to Thursday, 6:30-11:30 Friday, 5:30-11:30 Saturday and 5:30-10:30 Sunday. Also collecting for the Warmth Project.

 

29 Lorraine Dr. (Ward 6) 3:30-10pm weekdays, 9am-10pm weekends. Also collecting food for Mission Services.

 

"Christmas Through The Eyes Of A Child" - 932 Upper Ottawa St (Ward 6), 6-11pm. Collecting donations for local food banks and new hats, mitts, scarfs, and coats for The Warmth Project.

 

25 Redbury Street, Unit 46 (Ward 6), 5 -11PM. It may be a small area; but once the lights are on, if you are young or old, one can't help but get into the Christmas spirit. Reindeer and sleigh on the lawn, a lighted Merry Christmas on the lower roof top, laser on garage door, musical bells to greet you as you walk past them. Big tree has lights and candy canes as well. Also collecting for the Warmth Project.

 

Santas Ark - 20-1675 Upper Gage Ave. (Ward 6), 5:30-11pm. Also collecting for the Warmth Project.

101 Hardale Cres., (Ward 6) 5-10 p.m. nightly. Also a Warmth Project drop-off location.
