Whatever gift you are looking for, you will find it at the Potters’ Guild of Hamilton and Region Fall Pottery Sale and Empty Bowls charity event at the Dundas Community Centre Nov. 5-7.

There is a huge selection of beautiful hand-made pottery, from bowls, mugs and platters, to jewelry and Christmas ornaments, in all price ranges.

Also, in conjunction with the Fall Pottery Sale, you are invited to the sixth annual Empty Bowls event, an international project to fight hunger.

The basic idea of Empty Bowls is simple. Potters make and donate ceramic soup bowls. Guests choose and buy a soup bowl for $20, as a reminder that there are always Empty Bowls in the world. All proceeds from the sale of the soup bowls will be donated to Hamilton Food Share.
