Julie Daniluk, host of The Healthy Gourmet on W Network, brings her message of Hormone Harmony with SuperFood Nutrition to the Horn of Plenty on Nov. 2.

Participants will learn how to balance hormones, create fun recipes with SuperFoods, increase joy in relationships and gently cleanse for increased energy and well-being.

The W Network’s Healthy Gourmet is a reality cooking show that highlights the ongoing battle between taste and nutrition by using unique groups like bikers, dragon boat racers and ballroom dancers. As a nutritional expert, Daniluk has appeared in more than 300 television and radio segments.

Her food activism has led her to speak to Parliament about the potential health risks of genetically modified food. To bring food advocacy issues to a wider audience, Daniluk has also been the event producer for festivals such as Bio- Diversity with David Suzuki and FoodShare's Field to Table Festival.
