Condominium developer Michael Corrado will return to Hamilton’s committee of adjustment today (March 18) with a revised variance application for a 39-unit residential building at 95 Wilson St. W.

Among the requested variances, the developer has downsized the height increase from 19.2 metres to 16 metres.

The proposed three-storey building is already zoned for a maximum of 33 units and a permitted height of 14.6 metres.

Opponents have argued the building is too dense for the corner lot at Wilson Street West and Dunham Drive.

The amended minor variance application will be presented at 1:55 p. m. at the Hamilton Convention Centre, second floor, room 207.
