Hamilton Hornets whip Norfolk in Niagara Rugby Union action

The Hamilton Hornet women beat up Norfolk 53-20 in a physical match during which red and yellow cards awarded. 

Hamilton led  29-5 at half on tries from Candace DeBoer, Alize Spalding-Lawrence, Shannon Doll, Olita Jabwo and Careena Browne  and converts from Cassidy Smith. 

Norfolk scored first and last in the second half, but in between Amy Coates, Laura Chechalk had tries, along with Spalding-Lawrence and Browne with their second scores.

Smith added four more points with two converts in the second half. 

The win boosts the Hamilton women to a 4-1 record for the season.
