Three-month-old Duncan, held by Brad Dawson of Global Pet Foods, needs a good home. The affectionate feline is now available for adoption at the Ancaster Global store through Action Volunteers for Animals.
From Feb. 2-16 during the Show Us Your Heart campaign, customers who donate $1 or more at Global stores can help support animal adoption and enter a draw to win free Hills Science Diet pet food for a year.
Donations of $5 and over also earn bonus Air Miles. Text HEART to 20222 to make a $5 donation. AVA offers cat adoptions for $150 which typically includes a first set of needles, deworming, flea treatment, microchipping, six months of pet insurance and spaying or neutering at the appropriate time.
