Dundas' Mackenzie Hughes earned $900 in his second even on the eGolf professional golf tour.
Starting off on the tenth tee, Friday morning, Dundas’ Mackenzie Hughes struggled early but regained his composure to post a third consecutive one-over-par 73 in the final round of the eGolf Tour’s Oldfield Open in South Carolina.
Hughes made the cut for the third round of the professional golf event Thursday after finishing the first two rounds two-over-par.
His three over par overall score after three rounds left Hughes tied for 41st in a field of 64 golfers.
The Highland Secondary School graduate takes home his second professional golf pay cheque.
After opening with birdie and par, Friday, Hughes bogeyed two straight, added another par, another birdie and another bogey.
He went on to par each of the last 11 holes.
