Minor Peewee Blues get through tough stretch

The TD Wealth Dundas Minor Pewee Blues played five games in four days last week. The Blues dropped the first game 5-1 to Milton Winterhawks, with Daniel Neiterman scoring the lone goal. 

The Blues then tied Ancaster 2-2 on the strength of goals by Jackson Robertson and Eric Hebscher. The Blues continued the stretch by beating Center Wellington Fusion 4-1 in an outstanding effort by the whole team.  James Newbold scored two goals and Jack Fisher and Jackson Robertson added singles. Assists went to Aidan Kaminski, Spencer Edwards and Ethan Holk.

Despite a good team effort, the Blues then lost 2-0 to Caledon and finished the stretch with a 1-1 tie with Centre Wellington. Fisher scoring for the Blues.

Goalie Adam Pansegrau has been outstanding, and Grady Carson, Daniel Crowe, Matt Dredge and Nathan Preston have provided a steady defence.
