My sincere “Thanks” goes out to everyone in the community who helped with this year’s Winona/Lake Pointe Halloween parade.

It was truly unfortunate that we had to cancel the event due to the inclement weather but we wanted you to know that we appreciate all the support. We hope to see you all next year.
