Despite her small size and soft voice, Elsie Picone had a huge heart and has had a giant impact on the community.

With her passing, she leaves behind an impressive legacy. Hundreds of staff and patrons have learned from her tireless drive, her kindness, and her quiet strength.

She has also left Dundas with a wonderful and caring family who have all followed in her footsteps in making a positive difference.

The community is better place because of her. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
