Some Mountain TV viewers will be getting their third cable company in as many years.
Rogers Communications Inc. has a deal in place worth about $700 million to buy the former  Mountain Cablevision Ltd. along with unused wireless spectrum from Shaw Communications Inc.
Industry Canada and the Federal Competition Bureau needs to approve the deal before it can be finalized, likely in 2014.
