A 17-year-old Hamilton boy has been arrested in connection to an Oct. 11 robbery at a west Mountain drug store by a machete-wielding thief who wore a Halloween mask and ran off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Sgt. Terri-Lynn Collings said Hamilton police arrested the suspect at his home on Nov. 13 following an investigation into the 7:30 p.m. heist at Remedy’s Health Care Plus Pharmacy at the corner of Garth Street and Sanatorium Road.
The teen is charged with robbery, being disguised with intent to commit a crime and six breaches of probation.
