Police weapons stolen during west Mountain break-in spree

Hamilton police are seeking the public’s help in recovering ammunition, handcuffs, pepper spray, body armour and an asp baton stolen from a locked police vehicle near Sir Allan MacNab Secondary School early Tuesday morning.

Const Debbie McGreal-Dinning said the culprits broke into four vehicles in the area of Wendover and Magnolia drives at about 7 a.m. on Feb. 12.
