Hamilton Victory Gardens is holding a volunteer information meeting April 3.
The group, which has several gardens around the city growing fruits and vegetables to donate to local food banks and hot meal programs, last year donated more than 13,500 pounds of fresh produce.
The volunteer meeting is at the Perkins Community Centre,1429 Main St. East, 7-9 p.m. For details, call 905-575-9439.
