Valerie and Catherine Pringle will be the keynote speakers at “A Mental Health Morning” on May 7.
The mother-daughter duo will share their own story as part of striving to end the stigma associated with mental illness.
The event is a fundraiser for the mental health and addiction program at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton.
