Masons across the province are engaging in a blood donor week Feb. 20-25.
The idea for the week is to create exposure of the need for blood and more importantly to create new blood donors and reinstate those who may have gotten away from the habit of giving blood. The Masons hope to get five new donors or reinstatements per district.
They hope members, family and friends get involved and donate their blood under the umbrella of the Grand Lodge Masonic Blood Donor program, using the Partners for Life ID MASO001449 when attending the Canadian Blood Services clinic at 35 Stone Church Rd.
