The Immigrant Culture and Art Association is holding its first fundraiser featuring music and a silent auction March 21 at Carmen’s Banquet Centre.
Guest speaker is Renée Wetselaar, chair of the Arts Advisory Commission of the City of Hamilton.

Net proceeds from the event will help two major ICAA programs in Hamilton — an art education program for all ages and the ICAA Artist Mentorship Program.
