The dream has begun.

The local branch of the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association has launched its inaugural Ultimate Dream Home Lottery.

The house was built by Tuscany Hill Homes Ltd with furnishings by Elizabeth Interiors, appliances from Goeman’s Appliances and home electronics from East Hamilton Radio. Also included in the grand prize, which is valued at about $571,000, is a 2012 Jetta from Hamilton Volkswagen Audi.

The home is located at 22 Michelangelo Lane, which is located off DaVinci, which is one block east of Upper Paradise on Rymal Road.

Tickets can be purchased at the home, which is open daily from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. Tickets are also available by calling 905-645-0442.

A number of secondary prizes are also up for grabs. Only 124,500 tickets are being sold.
