Film fest screens double feature

On Monday, Feb. 24, the Ancaster Film Festival screens another double feature — Cas & Dylan at 1 and 7:15 p.m. and Inside Llewyn Davis at 4 p.m.

Doors open at 12:15, 3:15 and 6:15 p.m.  All screenings take place at Ancaster Silver City.  Non-members pay $9 at the matinees and $10 at the evening screening. All proceeds  go to the Hamilton Out of the Cold program. From the last screenings, $1,400 was donated to program.

In Cas & Dylan, a dying Doctor (Richard Dreyfus), who plans to check out on his own terms, takes a reluctant detour when he inadvertently winds up on the lam with an anything-but-normal 22-year-old girl.

Inside Llewyn Davis is written and directed by the Coen brothers and stars Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, Justin Timberlake and John Goodman.

Ancaster Film Fest is a member of the Toronto International Film Festival’s film circuit, which brings the best of international and Canadian films to communities across the country. For more information, visit or call 905-648-2277.
