Doors Open Hamilton is looking for cultural and heritage sites across the city who will open their doors as part of the 11th annual event on May 4 and 5.
If you are the owner or operator of an architecturally interesting building or cultural site that is not typically open to the public, Doors Open is asking you to open your doors and share your story with the community.
Doors Open is an annual event that celebrates, educates and informs citizens and visitors of the importance of the architectural, cultural and historical sites in Hamilton by allowing visitors free access to properties that are either not usually open to the public, or would normally charge an entrance fee.
Since its founding in 2003, over 140 sites have opened their doors and there have been more than 180,000 visits as part of the event.
