Police investigate indecent acts Hamilton’s in west end

On Aug.18 between 3 and 5 p.m., there were three incidents of indecent acts in the west end area of the city.

In the first occurrence a woman was walking in the area of Binkley Crescent and Sanders Boulevard when she observed a male standing in the bushes. The man made a comment to the woman and he was observed unzipping his pants.

In the second instance a woman was walking north on Leland Street. As she passed the Rail Trail, she heard a man’s voice calling out to her. She looked towards the voice and saw a man in the bushes with his shorts down committing an indecent act.

In the final incident a woman was walking in the area of Forsyth Avenue North, when the she observed a male standing in the bushes. He made a comment to the woman to get her attention and was observed committing an indecent act.

The suspect in all of these incidents  is described as male, caucasian, medium build, five feet 10 inches to six feet tall, late 20s to 30 years of age, brown hair, wearing light khaki shorts and light shirt.

Hamilton Police continue to investigate and it is believed that there may be witnesses who saw the suspect. Witnesses should call Detective Michelle Moore at 905-540-5545 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
