Girls hockey takes centre ice at Morgan Firestone

The Ancaster Avalanche Girls Hockey Association hosts the Greater Hamilton Girls Hockey League Peewee House League Championships on Sunday, March 24 at Morgan Firestone.

Super Sunday games begin at 12:30 p.m. on March 24 and everyone is invited to attend. Admission is free.

The Gorilla Cheese truck will be on site serving delicious sandwiches, local businesses will exhibit and there will be a lot of excitement and surprises inside the rink.

AAGHA representatives will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about girls hockey in Ancaster. If you know any girls who may be interested in joining hockey next season, this is a super opportunity to check out what it’s all about. The AAGHA is especially interested in talking about goaltending. There are several enticing initiatives to encourage goalies to join.
