Martyn Siek of the Bishop Tonnos Titans won the 100-metre individual medley gold medal at the two-day Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations swimming championships for a second straight year.

On Day 1 of the competition in Etobicoke, Siek also swam to gold in the 100-metre breaststroke.

Siek’s younger brother, Adam, also earned a pair of medals. He took bronze in the 100-metre backstroke and silver in the 50-metre freestyle.

Other medal winners from Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic Athletic Association schools were Nicole Vespa, Brebeuf, silver, para 100-metre freestyle; Katie Ronan, Tonnos, bronze, 50-metre para freestyle; Kenny Mackenzie, St. Mary, bronze, 100-metre breaststroke.
