Susan Outlaw brings her landscapes, many inspired by local areas, to the Earls Court Gallery later this month.
Ancaster resident Susan Outlaw, along with Laura Culic, exhibit their work at the Earls Court Gallery from March 21 to April 27.
Outlaw was born in Germany and immigrated to Canada with her family in 1975. Weekend hikes with her family cultivated an early love for the natural world.
Today, Outlaw continues to be drawn to local environments and personal bibelots that exude simplicity, peace and beauty.
“To me these subject matters coincide with my longings – to escape the busyness of life and enjoy creation in it’s visual sublime,” she said.
“My hope is that my paintings will evoke similar feelings in my audience.”
Earls Court Gallery is located at 215 Ottawa St. N., Hamilton.
